The City of Coconut Creek Parks and Recreation Department is an excellent resource for keeping your child active, healthy, and entertained all summer. Summer Day Camp programs for elementary and middle school students are offered at the Community Center and the Recreation Complex. Your child will experience exciting games, arts and crafts, sports, onsite special events, and tons of indoor and outdoor fun!

Our Summer Day Camp programs offer a safe, affordable, inclusive environment where children can explore their creativity, learn new skills, and make lasting memories.

Day Camp Details

For ages 5 to 13
Must be born on or between September 1, 2009 and September 1, 2017
Includes maximum 2 field trips per week; all campers in attendance on field trip day must attend field trips
Full camp enrollment option only; there are absolutely no changes permitted once an enrollment option has been selected
Additional camp shirts can be purchased for $10 each while supplies last
Enrollment will be on a first-come, first served basis

Enrollment Options

Option 1

Full 8-Week Camp Registration

Fee for residents is $1,100 inclusive of field trips
Online registration for Coconut Creek residents starts Monday, March 27^th, at 6:00 PM and will remain open until full
Walk-in registration for Coconut Creek residents starts Wednesday, March 29^th, at 8:00 AM
Full 8-week campers will receive two camp shirts

Option 2

Weekly Camp Registration (Community Center South only)

Coconut Creek resident weekly camp enrollment fee is $165 per week; includes field trips
Walk-in registration for Coconut Creek residents starts Wednesday, April 6^th, at 8:00 AM and will remain open until filled
- $145 per week for the weeks of June 19^th and July 3^rd
Walk-in registration and online registration for Coconut Creek residents starts Wednesday, April 19^th, at 8:00 AM and will remain open until full
Limited availability based on the number of spots remaining after full 8-week camp registration
Weekly campers who register for less than 4 weeks will receive 1 camp shirt; weekly campers who register for 4 or more weeks will receive 2 camp shirts while supplies last

Option 3

Non-Coconut Creek Resident Registration; (If available)

Non-Coconut Creek resident full 8-week camp enrollment fee is $1,320
Non-Coconut Creek resident weekly camp enrollment fee is $200 per week; includes field trips
- $170 per week for the weeks of June 19^th and July 3^rd
Walk-in registration and online registration for non-Coconut Creek residents, for both full and weekly camp options, starts Wednesday, May 10^th
- Weekly campers who register for less than 4 weeks will receive 1 camp shirt; weekly campers who register for 4 or more weeks will receive 2 camp shirts while supplies last
- Additional camp shirts can be purchased for $10 each while supplies last

Registration for online or walk-in:

Submit completed, signed and notarized Summer Camp registration form
Bring the following items to be visually verified by staff:
- Copy of child’s birth certificate AND
- Identification: current/valid DMV driver’s license or valid passport AND
- Proof of Coconut Creek residency: water bill, cable bill, electric bill, voter registration, yearly lease agreement or renter’s insurance (bills no more than 2 months from date of submission)

Credit card payment only; no cash or checks currently being accepted
Refunds will only be granted during the first 3 days following registration, including weekends and holidays
Register online at www.CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or by walk-in at either camp location; you must have a WebTrac account prior to registering online
Please test your online system prior to the start of registration; there will be no computer access or technical assistance at either location for registration

For help with setting up a Webtrac account, please visit either camp location with identification, proof of Coconut Creek residency, and copy of child’s birth certificate
