Annual Fishing Derby

  • Participants will enjoy fishing at Sabal Pines Park’s lake
    • Awards will be presented for the weirdest, heaviest, and most caught
    • Participants are responsible for providing their own fishing gear and bait
    • Catch and release
  • All ages welcome; children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult
  • Saturday, January 27th
  • 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM
  • Held at Sabal Pines Park, 5005 NW 39 Avenue
    •  Check-in at the two-story (bathroom) pavilion near the football/soccer fields
  • $15 for Coconut Creek residents; $20 for non-residents
    • Credit card payment only; no cash or checks currently being accepted
  • Registration Details:
    • Registration is ongoing until full; space is limited to 20 participants
    • Register online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or by walk-in at the Recreation Complex or at the Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road
    • You must have a WebTrac account prior to registering online
